12. Chicago Bears: Gabe Carimi, OT, Wisconsin
The Bears have drafted offensive lineman recently in the draft. However, I still have them taking an OT in this 2011 NFL Mock Draft to help the run the ball and help Forte and Cutler get back to the way they used to be. I think Carimi is a very good OT and I have him rated as my top 2011 NFL Mock Draft Tackle.
13. Denver Broncos: Jonathan Baldwin, WR, Pittsburgh
Josh Mcdaniels let his top receiver go in Brandon Marshall. So they need a top tier WR again for Orton to throw the ball to. The Broncos have a pretty good team and Baldwin could be a difference maker right away in the 2011 NFL Season. He is not the top WR in this 2011 NFL Mock Draft but he isn’t very far behind the top two guys in this mock draft.
14. Pittsburgh Steelers: Joseph Barksdale, OT, LSU
The Steelers have addressed their Offensive line a little bit in the 2010 season. However, Big Ben still likes to scramble and he will be back on the field after 4 games. So I think if Barksdale falls to the Steelers in this 2011 NFL Mock Draft they need to draft him. Additionally I have Barksdale rated as my 2nd best OT and he has the potential to be a great player in the NFL for the 2010 NFL Season.
15. Carolina Panthers: Adrian Clayborn, DE/DT, Iowa
The Panthers get a very good player here in this 2011 NFL Mock Draft. Clayborn is a very versatile player who can play both DE and DT. I think he is one of the best defensive lineman in this 2011 NFL Mock Draft. Look for him to be a playmaker in the 2011 Season. Another option here could be an DE/OLB combo player like Von Miller but I have them taking more of a hand in the dirt player.
16. NY Giants: Jurell Casey, DT, USC
The Giants dominated the playoffs the year they won the Super Bowl by dominated the line of scrimmage. I have the Giants taking another DT in this 2011 NFL Mock Draft to free up the LB’s and make plays up the middle.
17. Tennessee Titans: Aaron Williams, CB, Texas
I think Tennessee is going to be a surprise team this year. They have a bunch of no namers on the defense but they are all very good players. The Titans have a good CB in Cortland Finnegan but they could use a top tier CB opposite from him. I have Aaron Williams as my top CB in this 2011 NFL Mock Draft and the Titans also love to draft Texas players (Vince Young, Bo Scaife, Michael Griffen)
18. San Francisco 49ers: Prince Amukamara, CB, NE
The 49ers have a pretty good Secondary but Prince is a top tier athlete and would be tough to pass up here at 18th overall. Look for him to be a top 25 pick in the 2011 NFL Mock Draft. Additionally look for the Prince to just be a playmaker right away in the 2011 NFL Season.
19. Houston Texans: Ras-I Dowling, CB, UVA
I know three corners in a 2011 NFL Mock Draft is kind of crazy but I think all three of these players are top 20 players. Look for these three CB’s to even go higher depending on the need of CB’s in the 2011 NFL Draft. I think Dowling is a very good athlete and will be good at the next level.
20. Philadelphia Eagles: Jack Crawford, DE, Penn St.
The Eagles get a very good Defensive end here in this 2011 NFL Mock Draft. As long as Crawford can have a good campaign he will be a first rounder in this 2011 NFL Mock draft.
21. Arizona Cardinals: Kyle Rudolph, TE, ND
The Cardinals are going to have a new QB of the future be it Derek Anderson or some player of the future. So with this pick I am giving the Cardinals a great TE weapon who can help take some pressure off of Larry Fitzgerald. Rudolph is the top TE in this 2011 NFL Mock Draft not only for his receiving skills but also the ability to block.
22. Cincinnati Bengals: Allen Bailey, DE/DT, Miami
The Bengals are a good defensive team with a 3-4 defense. Bailey has the ability to play 3-4 End as well as a 4-3 Tackle. He would be a good fit with the Bengals and allow for the LB’s to have more of a free reign. Look for Bailey to be a high pick in the 2011 NFL Mock Draft.
