1. St. Louis Rams: Jimmy Clausen, QB, Notre Dame
I have had Jake Locker here for the last couple weeks but I am not sure if he will be taken first. Clausen has been very good throwing the ball the last couple weeks. Though Locker may be a better athlete I think Clausen may be the top passer in the 2010 NFL Mock Draft. Clausen is now my top QB in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft.
2. Cleveland Browns: Gerald McCoy, DT, OU
I had the Browns taking Suh and him being the top DT in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. However, I keep watching Geralm McCoy play and I think he is too athletic to pass on here as a DT. He has all the essentials to be the next Albert Haynesworth when he was in his prime.
3. Detroit Lions: Russell Okung, OT, Ok State
The Lions could go one of many ways here in the 2010 NFL Mock Draft. I have them taking a big bruising LT here to help protect Mathew Stafford and get their run game going.
4. Kansas City Chiefs: Eric Berry, S, UT
The Chiefs could use a WR here but I don’t think their is anyone good enough to take here in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. I have them taking another OT here to help their line and protect their new QB Cassell.
5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Dez Bryant, WR, Ok State
The Bucs have a young QB now they just need some weapons for him. He looked good last week and if they could get him some weapons he could make some noise in the 2010 NFL Season. Dez Bryant is the top WR in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft I think he would fit in well with the Tampa Offense.
6. Buffalo Bills: Jake Locker, QB, Washington
The Bills have struggled at QB week after week with both QB’s. So I have them taking their QB of the future here in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. Locker is a great QB who is very athletic with a good arm. He will be a good player to build their future around. I have Locker as my 2nd QB in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft.
7. Oakland Raiders: Ndamukong Suh, DT, Nebraska
The Raiders already have decent DT but Suh is a top 5 pick that would be great pick here. Suh could change the whole complexion of this team in the 2010 NFL Season. Look for the raiders to go after this great player in the 2010 NFL Mock Draft if he is still available..
8. Seattle Seahawks: Rolando McClain, ILB, ‘Bama
Rolando McClain is a beast in the middle and he has been very good this year. He is now my top rated ILB in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft especially after the Brandon Spikes eye gauge incident.
9. Washington Redskins: Jonathan Dwyer, RB, Georgia Tech
I previously had the Skins taking a LB in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. However, I have heard a lot of complaints about that pick so I have updated it to them taking Dwyer. With Portis being injured often and Betts not being the solution I think he could be a good player for the Skins.
21. San Francisco 49ers: Brandon Graham, DE, MI
I have the 49ers picking here after losing to the Titans. It looks like their season is falling apart. They could save it but for the time being they will be here in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft.
11. San Francisco 49ers(Carolina): Taylor Mays, S, USC
The 49ers get a steal here with this pick in this 2010 NFL Mock Draft. Taylor Mays is a great play maker who would be the first DB off the board if Eric Berry wasn’t going in this 2010 NFL Draft.

How dare you not have Tim Tebow being picked first overall!

Jeff,
Not only do I not think he should be the firtst overall player I don’t think he should be a first round QB. However, I have him going to the Jags as a marketing scheme rather than them selecting the best player available.

Wouldn’t the Jags be better served by selecting a player with NFL talent so they could win some games? I mean, the Jaguars are a dumb franchise but are they that dumb? Everyone knows the way to put butts in the seats is by winning a Super Bowl. Clearly, thats not possible with Tebow at the helm

I cant see Tampa taking an OT. They have too many defensive needs.

I do agree with you that winning is the key. However, I don’t foresee them winning in the near future but I do think they should take the best player available. This 2010 NFL Mock Draft is not about what is the best for the team it is what I predict the team will do.

Jeff, You are absolutely crazy if you think Tebow should be picked first overall. He’s not even a first round caliber player. Sooooo overrated

Marcus, he won the Heisman as a sophmore. Do I need to say more? Oh yeah and he loves God.

I think tim tebow is a product of the system hes running lets not forget the last qb urben myer coached alex smith of the 49ers and we all see how well thats going 4 years in the bussiness and he still sucks

Beacuse he won the Heisman that makes him a first round draft pick, you are joking right? You sound like those idiots on ESPN, get a clue.

Alpha, Carson Palmer won a Heisman and now he’s the best quarterback in the NFL, hands down. Winning the Heisman is a great predictor of NFL success.

Some of you guys need to learn sarcasm.

I agree tebow will go to jacksonville not because tebows a good player, but to save their franchise. I don’t see the seahawks grabbing another top ten lb. Curry, tatupu, and hill all got paid. I would look for a tackle to replace big Walter jones. Like the Bradford pick but I think he may be gone at 20. Good draft

I also don’t see Bradford dropping that much if he does I don’t know if Seattle takes a chance on another injury ridden QB.

I actually like this one. Pretty good picks. And shut the f*** up about Tim Tebow hes not top ten worthy. Maybe late first round at best

Hey BOOGAY… You say : “Winning the Heisman is a great predictor of NFL success.” …. Troy Smith, Jason White, Eric Crouch, Chris Weinke, Ron Dayne, Danny Wuerffel, Rashaan Salaam, Charlie Ward, Gino Toretta, Ty Detmer, Andre Ware, Mike Rozier… Do I need more? Heisman doesn’t mean success in the pros… College is a different game…
