      2. Tennessee-Alex Carter, CB, Stanford-Carter is a stout CB who attacks the ball. He successfully defended the best of the big 12 receivers.

      3. Jacksonville-Cody Prewitt, FS, Ole Miss-Prewitt is a massive safety who has some pop.

      4. Oakland-Josh Shaw, CB, USC-Shaw is a very aggressive corner who can play some safety as wel.. He can challenge for a spot, or be groomed at FS.

      5. Washington-Jaquiski Tartt, SS, Samford-This is a decent value here. Tartt isn’t over aggressive, and has skills to be serviceable.

      6.  New York Jets-Duke Johnson, RB, Miami-Eventually, the Jets need to find a back who can be a game changer. When Johnson is on, he can carry a team.

      8.  St. Louis-Sammie Coates, WR, Auburn-The Rams hope this doesn’t happen because they don’t need another WR, but they can’t pass on a game changer like Coates.

      9. Atlanta-Grady Jarrett, DT, Clemson-Atlanta will need some more heat from the interior of the line. Jarrett is gap shooting stud that is a steal at this point.
