Dave’s 2012 NFL Mock Draft | 11-21

11.       Kansas City Chiefs: Dontari Poe, DT, Memphis

KC misses out on Tannehill, so they opt to get the big nose tackle the defense needs to complete the puzzle. I've heard comparisons to Haloti Ngata with Poe's freakish athletic ability and somebody will probably take a chance on him in the first half of the first round come draft day.

12.       Seattle Seahawks: Melvin Ingram, DE/OLB, South Carolina

Ingram slides out of the top 10 to the waiting arms of the Seattle Seahawks. They're getting an explosive athlete who is very versatile. He could be a star out in the great northwest.

13.       Arizona Cardinals: David DeCastro, G, Stanford

The cards tab DeCastro here at 13, even though it's not sexy he'll be a huge improvement and the stalwart for that O-line for many years.

14.       Dallas Cowboys: Mark Barron, S, Alabama

The 'boys might actually have to trade up to get Barron, but if they sit at 14 and still get him they'll be grinning. Barron is one of the better safety prospects to come out recently. I still think he could be a better saftety than Eric Berry who went 5th just two drafts ago.

15.       Philadelphia Eagles: Michael Brockers, DT, LSU

Andy Reid loves to upgrade the trenches, and tabs a good athlete, but raw DT prospect from LSU.

16.       New York Jets: Courtney Upshaw, DE/OLB, Alabama

The Jets will get a good pass rusher, from a good program, who knows how to win. He can set the edge and has shown the ability to drop in to coverage as well. Rex Ryan will love his versatility.

17.       Cincinnati Bengals: Quinton Coples, DE, UNC

A very nice add here by the Bengals at 17. Coples has some concerns, but also posseses top 5 like talent and abilities. The Bengals have never backed away from players with Character and competitive concerns so they tab Coples here at 17.

18.       San Diego Chargers: Dre Kirkpatrick, CB, Alabama

San Diego is always a difficult team to forecast, but they grab the big physical corner here to be groomed behind Quentin Jammer.

19.       Chicago Bears: Riley Reiff, OT, Iowa

Reiff slides here to 19, and I'd like to think Chicago would grab him immediately. Kendall Wright is a real possibility here as well, with rumors rampant that coach Lovie Smith was impressed with Wright in their meeting.

20.       Tennessee Titans: Nick Perry, DE, USC

Tennessee signed Kamerion Wimbley, but outside of Buffalo I didn't see a team get less help from their pass rush as the Titans did last season. Perry should help from day one.

21.       Cincinnati Bengals: Stephon Gilmore, CB, South Carolina

Cincy would love to add another weapon for Andy Dalton, but with Nate Clements and Terrance Newman opposite of Leon Hall, the team could use some youth and talent at CB. I could honestly see Gilmore going as high as 10 to Buffalo, or 7 to Jacksonville, so getting him at 21 is a gift.
