1. Rams – Dwight Bentley – CB – Louisiana Lafayette
– The Rams could use some depth at corner behind Cortland Finnegan.
2. Colts – Phillip Blake – C/G – Baylor
– With Mike Pollack and Jeff Saturday both gone, Indianapolis will have to find a potential starter at center.
3. Vikings – George Iloka – S – Boise St.
– Minnesota needs to upgrade their safety corp and Iloka would do that while dropping down to will LB at times.
4. Texans(from Eagles via Buccaneers) – Josh Chapman – NT – Alabama
– Josh Chapman has the size that Wade Phillips likes in his nose tackles.
5. Browns – Nate Potter – OT – Boise St.
– Cleveland will look to draft a potential starting right tackle opposite Joe Thomas.
6. Jaguars – Coryell Judie – CB – Texas A&M
– Rashean Mathis is aging and they only have average starters opposite of him.
7. Redskins – Brandon Taylor – S – LSU
– Washington lost LaRon Landry in free agency. They will look for safety help in the middle rounds of the draft.
8. Dolphins – Billy Winn – DT – Boise St.
– Miami will look for an interior pass rushing presence since Kendall Langford signed with the Rams.
9. Panthers – Sean Spence – LB – Miami
– Yet another defensive prospect for Carolina. With Jon Beason and Thomas Davis coming off serious injuries, Spence could find himself a starting spot.
10. Bills – Kirk Cousins – QB – Michigan St.
– Kirk Cousins would ge a good developental QB prospect kind of in the mold of a Matt Flynn for Green Bay now with Seattle.
11. Seahawks – Bernard Pierce – RB – Temple
– Marshawn Lynch could use a break once in a while and Bernard Pierce is a sleeper prospect at RB.
12. Chiefs – Josh Kaddu – OLB – Oregon
– Kansas City needs to find depth behind Justin Houston and Tamba Hali at rush linebacker.
13. Broncos(from Jets) – Marcus Forston – DT – Miami
– Denver could go defensive tackle with back to back picks in the draft. They have no one at the position.
14. Redskins(from Raiders) – Tank Carder – ILB – TCU
– Washington should find some depth behind Perry Riley and an aging Londo Fletcher.
15. Chargers – Tony Bergstrom – T/G – Utah
– Bergstrom offers more depth at guard and offensive tackle.
16. Bears – Josh Norman – CB – Coastal Carolina
– I like Josh Norman as a sleeper prospect in the middle rounds of the draft. Reminds me of Brandon Carr.
17. Cardinals – Greg Childs – WR – Arkansas
– Early Doucet was just re-signed but Childs would be an upgrade over him and could push Andre Roberts for the number two spot.
18. Cowboys – Kyle Wilber – LB – Wake Forest
– Wilber offers versatility in a 3-4 front. He would add depth at both inside linebacker and rush linebacker.
19. Eagles – Ron Brooks – CB – LSU
– Ron Brooks is a late rising prospect. It wouldn’t surprise me if he went early in the third round.
20. Titans – Derek Wolfe – DT – Cincinnati
– I like Derek Wolfe as a sleeper prospect who should excel as a pass rusher in either a 4-3 or 3-4 defense.
21. Bengals – Tommy Streeter – WR – Miami
– Tommy Streeter left Miami early so he is a bit of a raw prospect, but at 6’5 and running a legit 4.4 forty, he could be a steal.
22. Lions – David Molk – C – Michigan
– Domonic Raiola is an aging center and Detroit must find an eventual successor in the draft.
23. Browns(from Falcons) – Nigel Bradham – OLB – Florida St.
– Cleveland could use some depth at linebacker and Bradham excels in pass coverage.
24. Steelers – Malik Jackson – DT/DE – Tennessee
– Pittsburgh needs some depth at the five-tech position in their 3-4 front. Malik Jackson has had success at both defensive end and tackle.
25. Broncos – Robert Turbin – RB – Utah St.
– Robert Turbin helped himself a lot at the combine. Knowshon Moreno will get one more chance at RB.
26. Texans – DeQuan Menzie – CB/S – Alabama
– DeQuan Menzie would either allow Glover Quin to move back down to corner or he could push Kareem Jackson as the Texans second corner.
>27. Saints – Travis Lewis – OLB – Oklahoma
– The Saints need to draft a couple linebackers as they do not have much depth at the position behind Curtis Lofton and Jonathan Vilma.
28. Packers – Tyrone Crawford – DT/DE – Boise St.
– Baltimore lost Cory Redding in free agency so they will look to add some depth on the defensive line.
29. Bills(from Ravens) – Oliver Vernon – DE – Miami
– Oliver Vernon flashed some potential as a sophomore at Miami but was suspended for most of the season last year which left to his decision to leave early.
30. 49ers – Juron Criner – WR – Arizona
– The 49ers signed both Randy Moss and Mario Manningham but Moss is almost forty and Juron Criner would be a nice project for San Fran.
31. Patriots – Ryan Miller – G/T – Colorado
– New England could always use depth on the offensive line. Miller has a ton of upside.
32. Giants – James Michael-Johnson – LB – Nevada
– The Giants have a few young promising linebackers in Mark Herzlich and Greg Jones but adding more youth to the position wouldn’t hurt.
33. Vikings(comp) – Akiem Hicks – Regina(Canada)
– Akiem Hicks has some Kevin Williams type potential to him. He is probably the most athletic defensive tackle prospect in the draft.
34. Raiders(comp) – Ryan Steed – CB – Furman
– Oakland has lost both Nnamdi Asomugha and Stanford Routt in consecutive offseasons. Depth must be added.
35. Ravens(comp) – Lucas Nix – G – Pittsburgh
– Baltimore lost Ben Grubbs to the Saints in free agency so depth is need at guard. Baltimore could take a guard in the first two round of the draft.
36. Giants(comp) – Chris Givens – WR – Wake Forest
– The Giants lost Mario Manningham in free agency so they could look to add a new slot WR in the same mold.
37. Packers(comp) – Audie Cole – ILB – NC St.
– The Packers are thin at inside linebacker so depth could be added during the draft. Cole is good value here.
38. Packers(comp) – Isaiah Pead – RB – Cincinnati
– Ryan Grant can’t stay healthy and James Starks had an average second year in the pros. Pead flashed potential at the senior bowl.
39. Vikings(comp) – Senio Kelemete – G – Washington
– Kelemete played tackle at Washington but will have to move to guard in the NFL. Minnesota needs to find depth on the offensive line.
40. Cowboys(comp) – Jarius Wright – WR – Arkansas
– Dallas lost Laurent Robinson to Jacksonville in free agency so WR could be looked at in the middle rounds of the draft.
