Tyler’s 2016 NFL Mock Draft Round 3 | 17-32

2016 NFL Mock Draft Round 3 | 17-32

17. Buffalo-Kyler Fackerell, LB, Utah St.-Either at end or linebacker, the hard hitting Fackerell could stand out in Buffalo.

18. Atlanta-Jerell Adams, TE, S. Carolina-The Falcons need a tight end. Adams is a swift pass catcher who will be fine in this system.

19. Indianapolis-Connor McGovern, G, Missouri-It took a while, but the Colts can finally find a quality player to protect Luck at the guard spot.

20. New York Jets-Jerald Hawkins, T, LSU-Hawkins isn’t a plug and play prospect. He can start at right tackle or guard, but has the talent to develop as a starting left tackle.

21. Washington-Max Tuerk, C, USC-If not for injury, could Tuerk challenge Kelly and Martin as the top center in the draft? He’s extremely quick, and can play multiple positions.

22. Houston-Kenyan Drake, RB, Alabama-What does the team really have in Lamar Miller? Houston will need a talented backup who can be a feature back.

23. Minnesota-DeVontae Booker, RB, Utah-Some see Booker as the 2nd best runner in the draft. He is a powerful runner with some cut back moves. The Vikes need to find a replacement for Peterson.

24. Cincinnati-Justin Simmons, FS, Boston College-Cincy will need to find someone to replace the departed Nelson.

25. Green Bay-Sheldon Day, DE, Notre Dame-Day understands the scheme, and Green Bay has said they are seeking young and athletic linemen.

26. Pittsburgh-Darion Thompson, FS ,Boise St.-Pittsburgh needs a ton of help in the secondary. Thompson is a rangy safety who puts the smack on receivers.

27.  Seattle-Jaylon Smith, LB, Notre Dame-A top 5 pick, Smith still has a career ahead of him. With few needs, Seattle will give Smith a year of recovery.

28. Kansas City-FORFEIT

29. New England-Javon Hargrave, DT, S. Carolina St.-Hargrave is a quick twitch tackle who can play multiple positions.

30. Arizona-Dean Lowry, DE, Northwestern-Lowery is a very long, but very solid, prospect to play the 5 tech.

31. Carolina-Charles Tapper, DE, Oklahoma-Carolina understands they need to bring in as many pass rushers as possible.

32. Denver-Joe Dahl, G, Washington St.-Dahl is a great fit for this zone scheme. An instant starter at guard, Dahl will compete as the starting center too.

COMPENSATORY

33. Detroit-John Theus, T, Georgia-Theus is arguably the best player on the board. Though definitely not a LT, Theus can start at guard or right tackle.

34. New England-Jordan Payton, WR, UCLA-Brady needs some more weapons to come in and compete for a starting role.

35. Seattle –Sebastian Tretola, G, Arkansas-Tretola is a bit slow, but is one of the strongest run blockers on the market.

36. Denver-Scooby Wright, ILB, Arizona-Wright is my favorite prospect in the draft, and should be a 2nd round choice. He’s a missile who flys all over the field to make play.
