16. San Diego-Isiah Pead, RB, Cincinnati-The Bolts rely on a change of pace back to get their offense rolling. Pead can do everything Sproles did. This isn’t a Sproles replacement, Pead is a steal at this point.
17. Chicago-Dwight Bentley, CB, LA-Lafayette-Bentley is a corner with decent speed and shadowing skills. He plays well in zone and isn’t afraid to put his body in front of a ball carrier. Perfect for the cover 2 scheme in Chicago.
18. Arizona-Tony Bergstrom, T, Utah-Bergstrom is a very solid, run blocking RT. In the event Zona nabs a LT, Brown will slide to the right side. If Brown stays at LT a RT is needed. Bergstrom is a massive prospect with great agility. He can be placed at G also if needed.
19. Dallas-Ronnell Lewis, LB, Oklahoma-Lewis will be a huge upgrade over Spencer who will probably be gone next year anyway. Lewis is a true pass rusher with power. He lacks the size and versatility that most 34 teams will covet.
20. Tennessee-Phillip Blake, C, Baylor-The center position is the last upgrade needed on the O line. Blake anchored Baylors O line last season. He is a very wide body with surprising mobility. A huge upgrade over Amano.
21. Cincinnati-Chris Givens, WR, Wake Forest-Givens is a speedster who catches the ball well. He is valuable in the return game as well and will be hard for defenses to keep track of.
22. Atlanta-Omar Bolden, CB, Arizona-Prior to injury, Bolden was a first round reach. He is a great cover corner, possesses decent speed, with a safety size. Atlanta must continue to improve its corner play in this division. Bolden will be healthy during training camp and will keep the opposing receivers at bay.
23. Detroit-Ben Jones, C, Georgia-Jones came from a pro type system. He anchored Georgia’s team and makes few mistakes.
24. Pittsburgh-Casey Hayward, CB, Vanderbilt-Hayward is a top rated corner who uses instinct and vision to play. Some teams will be turned off by his lack of speed, but has a nose for the ball and makes plays. Perfect fit for the Steelers secondary.
25. Denver-Keeston Randall, DT, Texas-Denver will need a NT after losing Bunkley. Randall has great strength and can stand up the interior lineman. He sheds the blocks and wraps up ball carriers with ease.
26. Houston-Marvin McNutt, WR, Iowa-McNutt is a true, NFL ready receiver. He works well in creating space and flawless route running. He has great size and will be a big target when Johnson is covered.
27. New Orleans-George Iolka, S, Boise St.-The Saints will need to shore up their secondary. Harper is becoming a liability at SS. Iolka can play corner or either S position. He displayed great strength and closing speed and has the frame to play SS if needed.
28. Green Bay- Billy Winn, DE, Boise St.-Winn is the best player available. He has great strength and speed with a non stop motor. The Pack will draft heavy on D. Winn has the size and ability to play the 5 technique at a high level.
29. Baltimore-Bruce Irvin, LB, W. Virginia-Irvin shows blazing speed and a talented ability to rush the QB. He will play opposite of Suggs should Kindle not recover.
30. San Francisco-Chase Minnefield, CB, Virginia-On tape Minnefield is a first round talent. His workouts have been lack luster and his stock has dropped. He comes from a family of football players and covers well. He can also provide special team help, something the Niners needed when Ginn went down.
31. New England-Cam Johnson, LB, Virginia-NE will need two pass rushers. Johnson also possesses the versatility to play both schemes. He is extremely fast and is a straight line rusher.
32. NY Giants-Brandon Mosley, T, Auburn-McKenzie can be upgraded. Mosley is a mobile T with a large frame. He blocks very soundly, especially at pass blocking on the right side.
33. Oakland(compensatory)-Braylon Broughton, LB, TCU-The Raiders will need a pass rusher in their new D. Broughton had a quiet career but an excellent workout. He showed a nice 40 time with multiple reps.
