1. TAMPA BAY: JAMEIS WINSTON (QB FSU)
The Bucs get the best QB in the 2015 NFL Draft. He has shown that he can go through his progressions as well as stand in the pocket amongst pressure.
2. TENNESSEE: LEONARD Williams (DE/DT USC)
The Titans take the best available player in the 2015 NFL Draft. He pairs up with Casey who is also a USC grad to be the 5 Technique. He is drawing comparisons to JJ Watt as well. With Williams, Casey, Morgan and Orakpo the Titans pass rush could be substantially better this season. Now they just have to hope their secondary and QB situation is better as well.

3. JACKSONVILLE: DANTE FOWLER (DE Florida)
The Jags get a very good defensive lineman.
4. OAKLAND: KEVIN WHITE (WR West Virginia)
The Raiders opt for the top wide receiver in the 2015 NFL Draft.

The Redskins get a defensive play maker with this selection.
