2013 NFL Mock Draft by Raymond | Picks 25-32
25. Minnesota Vikings: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Mizzou
Now that the Vikings addressed the WR position they can address DT. Kevin Williams is getting old and they need a guy that will eventually replace the veteran. Richardson has been climbing up the draft boards and would learn a lot from the veteran.
26. Green Bay Packers: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford
They definitely wanted Eifert but he’s off the board. Ertz would be great combined with Finley and could be a nice target for Aaron Rodgers
27. Houston Texans: John Cyprien, S, Florida International
I have been begging Houston to draft a WR but I feel like they will not use the 1st round pick on a WR. If not they could pick a safety because they play with 3 safeties a lot and Quentin Demps blew last year. Cyprien could learn under Reed and they could target Terrance Williams in the 2nd.
28. Denver Broncos: Bjorn Werner, DE, Florida State
The Broncos have had one of the most bizarre free agencies. They sign Wes Welker and it looks like Denver will continue to be dominate and then they have to release Elvis Dumervil due to a fax not arriving on time. Then they lose him to the Ravens. Werner is a JJ Watt style of player and I feel like he could go to Houston as a Rick Smith pick.
29. New England Patriots: Desmond Trufant, CB, Washington
The Patriots usually have a need on defense and this year it’s focused around the secondary. With inconsistent play by Stephen Gregory and the release of Pat Chung they need a safety. Trufant will be great compliment of Aqib Talib.
30. Atlanta Falcons: Jonathan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
Another player who was projected to go early 1st round has seen a big decline since the combine. Banks is a good player but got gashed at the end of the year. He should be picked to replace Dunta Robinson.
31. San Francisco 49ers: Jesse Williams, NT/DT, Alabama
The weakest part of the 49ers defense is their tackles. They lost Isaac Sopoaga who struggled at the end and should pick Jesse Williams a stud NT from Alabama.
32.Baltimore Ravens: Arthur Brown, LB, Kansas State
With Ray Lewis retiring, Kruger, Reed and Ellerbe all were lost in free agency and they need a MLB now. Brown is better then Te’o in my opinion so he should picked to replace Ray Lewis.
