08/28/2011: Nick Foles is considered to be the start of the 2nd tier of Quarterbacks in the 2012 NFL Draft. Andre Luck is on his own level… then Matt Barkley and Landry Jones are the first level then it goes to Nick Foles and potentially Kirk Cousins as 2nd rounders. In this 2012 NFL Mock Draft I have Foles as an early 2nd round draft pick. He has top tier size and arm strength as an NFL Prospect. Additionally his TD to interception ratio was also very good last year making him a good pro prospect. Looking at the 2011 NFL Draft I think that he could easily sneak into the latter half of the 2012 NFL Draft first round if he has a good year this year. In my NFL Mock Draft 2012 edition I have him falling to the first part of the 2nd round.
