09/10/2010: I have Jake Locker rated as my 2011 NFL Mock Draft QB and the top pick in my 2011 NFL Mock Draft going to the Buffalo Bills. I think that Locker has all the tools to be a winner in the NFL and a very high pick in the 2011 NFL Draft. He started out with his team losing but he had a TD on the ground and one in the air. He has a very strong arm and is very athletic and that is why I have him rated ahead of Andrew Luck still in my current 2011 NFL Mock Draft.
