2015 NFL Mock Draft Picks 21-32 by Hansen
21. Cincinnati Bengals: PJ Williams, CB, Florida State: the Bengals are rebuilding their secondary and PJ Williams is both a shutdown corner and a big play defensive back.
22. Pittsburgh Steelers: Quinten Rollins, CB, Miami of Ohio: The Steelers are also rebuilding their secondary and Rollins, who played only one year of college football, was a star at the Senior Bowl.

23. Detroit Lions: (Controversy Alert) Melvin Gordon, RB, Wisconsin: Reggie Bush, half of their running game by committee, is likely to depart in free agency. An all- purpose running back who could remind Lion fans of Hall of Famer Barry Sanders would make teams do more than just prepare for Brett Stafford.
24. Arizona Cardinals: Eddie Goldman, DT, Florida State: The Cardinals were challenged on offense in their playoff loss to the Carolina Panthers but outside of receivers, but their success starts with an excellent defense that keeps them in games. They are soft in the defensive middle and are aging at the linebackers. Goldman, who had a great season for the Seminoles, is the best value here, and scouts believe in his upside.

25. Carolina Panthers: La’el Collins, OT, LSU: The usual first round run on tackles on both sides of the ball leave many top receivers available for the second and third rounds, so the Panthers can get the versatile Collins, who will be able to start right away at either tackle and guard, and get a needed receiver later.
26. Baltimore Ravens: Devante Parker, WR, Louisville: Therefore the most pro ready receiver drops into the lap of the Ravens, where excellent players always do.
27. Dallas Cowboys: (Controversy Alert) Randy Gregory, DE, Nebraska: Obviously Gregory is projected to be drafted at the front end of the first round because he is considered the best pass rusher in this draft. Gregory had 7 sacks in a season which was delayed by knee surgery and ended early with a concussion. Gregory’s injury history and lean build are a concern. The Cowboys need elite pass rushers and will jump at the chance that Gregory can be the next Marcus Ware.
28. Denver Broncos: Carl Davis, DT, DE, Iowa: What to do as the frustrated John Elway tries not to melt down as the window of a Super Bowl run with Peyton Manning gets smaller. The Broncos still lack an elite running back, will most likely lose either tight end Vergil Green or Julius Thomas, or both, in free agency. But their greatest weakness, exploited by a mediocre, patched up offensive Colts line in the playoffs, is defensive tackle. Davis outperformed all the defensive tackles at the Senior Bowl.

29. Indianapolis Colts: Cameron Erving, OC, OT, Florida State: If the ancient Corey Redding leaves in free agency or retires, the Colts will have a huge hole at defensive tackle. Yet they have to protect their franchise, Andrew Luck, along the offensive line. Erving peaked as an offensive tackle last year and was an instant star at center for Florida State when he took over in mid- season this year.
30. Green Bay Packers: Alvin Dupree, OLB, DE, Kentucky: The Packers may have been the best team in the NFL this year, only to exit the playoffs by one of the many Seahawk miracles, so they don’t have a lot of needs. They will probably re-sign right tackle Bryan Bulaga, leaving defensive tackle and pass rushers, both up front and at linebacker, as their top needs.

31. Seattle Seahawks: Shaq Thompson, OLB, Washington: Pete Carroll puts his draft picks (and budget) into the best defense on the planet. He will lose some of his outside linebackers to free agency and will reload. Carroll likes very fast, big play, defenders. The versatile Thompson thus far has the fastest 40 time of all outside linebackers in America. Looks like a perfect fit.
32. New England Patriots: Laken Tomlinson, OG, Duke. Patriots’ left guard Dan Connolly will be 33 on opening weekend in September and the team prepares well for transitions to the future. Tomlinson is awfully good, and has the look of someone who might end up in Canton .
