33. St. Louis Rams- Rueben Randle, WR, LSU
They get Bradford a weapon to play with.
34. Indianapolis Colts- David Wilson, RB, Virginia Tech
The Colts get an explosive player to take pressure off of Andrew Luck.
35. Minnesota Vikings- Alshon Jeffery, WR, South Carolina
One team that’s very interested in Jeffery is Minnesota. They nab him in the early part of the 2nd.
36. Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Mohamed Sanu, WR, Rutgers
Coach Greg Schiano gets his former player at Rutgers to play the slot with Vincent Jackson and Mike Williams outside.
37. Cleveland Browns- Mike Adams, OT, Ohio St.
They get a real solid player to protect the right side and be a bookend with Joe Thomas.
38. Jacksonville Jaguars- Andre Branch, DE, Clemson
The Jags give Jeremy Mincey some help at getting the Quarter back with a solid pass rusher in Branch.
39. St. Louis Rams- Vinny Curry, DE, Marshall
Curry will play opposite Chris Long and be an instant upgrade to a bad defense.
40. Carolina Panthers- Jerel Worthy, DT Michigan St.
They want Fletcher Cox at 9, but he’s unavailable. Ron Rivera gets his inside rush in round 2 from Worthy.
41. Buffalo Bills- Brock Osweiller, QB, Arizona St.
Gut feeling the Bills go QB early, and are fans of Weeden, Osweiller and Tannehill. If Tannehill is there at 10 he’s a Bill. Again, gut feeling and the team is doing their homework on QB’s. Buddy Nix in his pre-draft press conference stated the team will not shy away from QB if one they like is available.
42. Miami Dolphins- Brandon Weeden, QB, Oklahoma St.
Ireland tabs a QB here in the 2nd as Tannehill never makes it to him at 8. Weeden could probably wrestle that job from Matt Moore and David Garrard.
43. Seattle Seahawks- Mychal Kendricks, LB Cal
They get the LB help they hoped they’d get out of the first round, but Kuechly gets taken before they have the opportunity.
44. Kansas City Chiefs- Kevin Zeitler, G, Wisconsin
Nasty, mean interior lineman could start from day 1 in KC.
45. Dallas Cowboys- Devon Still, DE/DT Penn St.
Still falls a bit, the Cowboys would love to get him in the 2nd round. For the record, somebody will probably move up past 45 for the opportunity at him, this pick just makes the most sence.
46. Philadelphia Eagles- Harrison Smith, S, Notre Dame
Considerable drop off after Smith at the Safety position. They could use another playmaker in the back end of the defense.
47. New York Jets- Lamar Miller, RB, Miami
The Jets are going to need an edge rusher, Joe McKnight hasn’t proven he can handle the load. If Miller is here at this pick they’d be happy.
