22. Cleveland Browns: Kendall Wright, WR, Baylor
Holmgren tabs Kendall Wright to help out McCoy/Tannehill. Wright plays faster than his 40 time shows, and can get seperation deep. That offense was putrid last year so any big play ability helps.
23. Detroit Lions: Jonathan Martin, T, Stanford
Detroit get’s some help at Tackle. Martin is probably best at RT, but can play LT as well. He’ll compete for a starting spot immediately.
24. Pittsburgh Steelers: Donta Hightower, LB, Alabama
This is a Dick LeBeau favorite. Hightower is a natural born leader and will continue the trend of great linebacker play in the Steel city.
25. Denver Broncos: Peter Konz, C, Wisconsin
The Broncos could really use an upgrade on the interior line. Peyton won’t play long if D-tackles are landing on top of him.
26. Houston Texans: Stephen Hill, WR, Georgia Tech
The Texans get a nice deep threat to go opposite Andre Johnson. Hill could use some seasoning, but could be the most explosive player in this draft.
27. New England Patriots: Whitney Mercilus, DE, Illinois
New England replaces Mark Anderson with Mercilus and his 16 sacks in the Big Ten. Mercilus is a younger player with big time talent who could really flourish in New England under Bill Bellichick.
28. Green Bay Packers: Shea McLellin, DE/OLB, Boise St
The Pack desperately need some sort of rush opposite Clay Matthews. McClellin is a late riser at OLB as he can set the edge, get to the QB, and drop in coverage.
29. Baltimore Ravens: Chandler Jones, DE/OLB, Syracuse
The Ravens need someone to get to the QB other than Terrell Suggs. Jones can step in now and help the cause.
30. San Francisco 49ers: Coby Fleener, TE, Stanford
Jim Harbaugh likes to utilize multiple Tight Ends, and Fleener is a former player who can help immediately.
31. New England Patriots: Doug Martin, RB, Boise State
New England pulls a shocking move here, but it wouldn’t surprise me if they took an RB early. Chances are they trade one of these picks in the first for what will surely be a first rounder in 2013 and another pick later in this draft. Martin could replace the loss of Benjarvus Green-Ellis.
32. New York Giants: Cordy Glenn, OT/G, Georgia
The Giants take the best available player and in this case it’s the Versatile Cordy Glenn. He’d probably start day one at RT.
