08/26/2011: I feel like as of late the Cornerback position is the biggest fad. The Linebacker position used to be one of the most talked about positions and considered one of the top NFL positions on the defensive side of the ball. Now due to the 3-4 blitz packages that coaches like Rex Ryan and other brilliant minds around the league have installed it has made Corners much more important. So in this 2012 NFL Mock Draft I have Cliff Harris as my 3rd rated CB but still have him going as a top 20 pick. He has good size and good speed from a big time football program. As long as he has a pretty good year I think that Cliff Harris will continue to be a first round NFL Draft prospect in my 2012 NFL Mock Draft.
