The Bucs take my top rated QB with the 1st overall selection in the 2015 NFL Draft. Winston should be able to come in immediately and be a starter.
2. Tennessee Titans: Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon
The Titans get a franchise QB that they have been lacking since McNair.

3. Jacksonville Jaguars: Dante Fowler JR, DE, Florida
The Jags take one of the best defensive players in the draft that fits a big need.
4. Oakland Raiders: Leonard Williams, DT, USC
The Raiders get the best Defensive lineman in this 2015 NFL Mock Draft.

The Skins get the best wide receiver in the draft.
