The Browns get their choice of top player or QB. At this point they need to go QB and Goff is the top rated one in the 2016 Mock Draft.

The Chargers get the top secondary player in the 2016 NFL Draft.

The Cowboys get quite possibly the best player in the 2016 NFL Draft with this selection.
