2015 NFL Mock Draft Round 2
Round 2 | 44-54: Ian
44. New Orleans – Dorial Green – Beckham – WR – Oklahoma. Green-Beckham is a very talented WR who got booted from Missouri’s football team. New Orleans needs some play makers for Brees after trading away Still and more importantly, Jimmy Graham.
45. Minnesota – Sammie Coates – WR – Auburn. Coates was once a first round prospect like many receivers in this class, he has the size but only one year of production at the FBS level. Minnesota needs to add receivers because lets face it, Mike Wallace and Cordarelle Paterson are not the answer.

46. San Francisco –Stephone Anthony – ILB – Clemson. Anthony has the size to be a very good linebacker but is more of a run stopper right now than a complete line backer. He has trouble in coverage and is sometimes over aggressive. The 49ers have a need at ILB after both Patrick Willis and Chris Borland retired.
47. Miami – TJ Clemmings – OT – Pittsburgh. Clemmings has only been playing offense for a short time but has the tools to develop into a very good right tackle in the NFL. Miami needs to invest picks in their OL to keep Tannehill healthy.

48. San Diego – Ty Sambrallo – OT – Colorado State. Sambrallo may have to move inside for now but could eventually pair with DJ Fluker as the bookend tackles for the Chargers.
49. Kansas City – Quinten Rollins – CB – Miami (Ohio). A former basketball player Rollins transitioned to football for his last year in school. He showed good ball skills and athleticism. At this point Kansas City can take a shot on him, hoping he can provide depth now and eventually be play maker on the outside of their defense.

50. Buffalo – Brett Hundley – QB – UCLA. Finally the third QB is off the board, Hundley was once seen as a top of the first round QB but a down year brought more questions than answers for him. The Bills provide an opportunity to play with multiple playmakers in LeSean McCoy and Sammy Watkins.
51. Houston – Tre Jackson – OG – Florida State. Jackson’s biggest issue is consistency but Bill O’Brien should be able to get a lot out of him. Jackson seems to take plays off but when he doesn’t he is a mauler in the run game.
52. Philadelphia – Derron Smith – S – Fresno State. One or possibly both of the Eagles top picks should be on the secondary. Smith can step in and play safety for Philly.
53. Cincinnati – Devin Funchess – TE/WR – Michigan. Funchess is a unique player since he is a tweener between TE and WR. He can cause matchup issues playing either position and help take some pressure off AJ Green.
54. Detroit – Duke Johnson – RB – Miami. The Lions have two decent running backs but neither will blow you away with their skill set. Johnson is my 3rd best running back and will plug right into the backfield rotation in year 1, eventually taking the bulk of the carries.
