The Rams get their pick of QB by trading up with the Titans. They select the more pro ready QB here in Jared Goff.
2. Philadelphia Eagles via CLE : Carson Wentz, QB, ND State
The Eagles traded up and they end up getting whatever QB the Rams don’t select. In this situation it is the athletic Carson Wentz.
