Virginia's Cedric Peerman out for the Season with Injured Foot

Cedric Peerman the main running back from Virginia is going to miss the rest of the season with a foot injury.  Peerman has been injured for the last four games and has just recently been declared out for the season.  Prior to his Injury Cedric Peerman was the leading rusher in the ACC with 585 yards and 5 touchdowns.  Al Groh Virginia’s coach said that Peerman will most likely have to undergo surgery in order to help repair his injured right foot.  Look for Virginia to continue to be successful without there leader in the backfield though.  They have Chris Long on defense who has shown to be an animal this year and there offense has still been moving along.  As of now Virginia is first in the ACC and they will hopefully continue to win even though they have some difficult teams to play in the near future including Virginia Tech.
