7 Round 2013 NFL Mock Draft for the St. Louis Rams

Round 1:
PK 16
Chance Warmack OG, Alabama – 6’3" 322 lbs 5.30
The Rams could use some interior line help. They take the best interior OL available. He’ll help keep Sam Bradford upright.
PK 22
Eric Fisher OT, Central Michigan – 6’7" 307 lbs 5.25
This player has been moving up draft boards all year. The Rams decide to grab some blind side protection for Sam Bradford. Very quick feet.
Round 2:
PK 48
DeAndre Hopkins WR, Clemson – 6’1" 200 lbs 4.40
Hopkins could step in & play right away. Lightning fast w/ quick moves. 2nd in nation in receiving yards & has 18 td’s. Had almost 200 yards & 2 td’s in Clemson’s upset win over LSU in bowl game.
Round 3:
PK 80
Robert Lester SS/FS, Alabama – 6’2" 212 lbs 4.51
Had great year in 2010 w/ 8 int’s 2nd in nation, 52 tackles, in 2011 had 36 tackles & 2 int’s but had 5 others reversed w/ official review. Played FS in 2010 & 2011. In 2012 moved to SS & had 4 int’s & 42 tackles. Good ball hawk. He has a nose for the ball & the ball has a nose for him.
Round 4:
PK 112
Gerald Hodges OLB, Penn St. – 6"3" 235 lbs 4.59
Had 106 tackles, 1 int & 10 TFL in 2011. Had 109 tackles, 2 int’s & 8.5 TFL in 2012. Well rounded LB. Could go earlier.
Round 5:
PK 146
Brandon Williams DT, Missouri Southern St. – 6’2" 328 lbs
Can’t find much info on him. The Rams dip into their backyard like last year when they found Greg "The Leg" Zuerlein @ Missouri Western. But if he can play matched up next to Brockers @ 6’5" 320 lbs & Williams @ 6’2" 328 lbs it would be tough sledding up the middle against the Rams. Could be a real diamond in the rough.
Round 6:
PK 176
Zavier Gooden OLB, Missouri – 6’2" 230 lbs 4.60
The Rams are thin @ OLB. This player is very quick. Reminds people of Sean Weatherspoon. In 2010 had 85 tackles, 7.5 TFL, 2 int’s & 3 sacks. In 2011 had 80 tackles, 6 TFL, 2 int’s & 1 sack. Has been injured & missed several games in 2012. Numbers are down considerably. Needs a killer combine to go earlier. Could be a "Lurker" pick if Rams are lucky.
Round 7:
PK 208
Zach Sudfeld TE, Nevada – 6’7" 255 lbs 4.76
Started all 13 games in 2012. Had 45 receptions for 598 yards & 9 td’s. Has strong hands & is a good athlete. Invited to East / West Shrine game. One of 8 semi – finalists for Mackey award. Definitely flying under the radar.
