Ray’s 2014 NFL Mock Draft | 6-10

Ray’s 2014 NFL Mock Draft Picks 6-10

6   Atlanta Falcons: Khalil Mack, OLB, Buffalo

I want to put Taylor Lewan here but since Mack slipped down to #6 I think they pull the trigger on him. Mack can be a great upgrade on defense and bring heavy pass rush on Cam Newton and Drew Brees.

7 Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Odell Beckham Jr., WR, LSU

This may be the biggest shock pick of the entire NFL Draft. Buccaneers missed out on Evans and Watkins. A WR is a need to help get pressure off Vincent Jackson. Since the combine, Beckham has soared up draft boards and Tampa Bay may take a risk on Beckham.

8  Minnesota Vikings: Blake Bortles, QB, UCF

The Vikings have a tough decision to make between Blake Bortles or Johnny Manziel. Bortles would be in the perfect situation in Minnesota by backing up Matt Cassel next season. If Manziel isn’t selected by Minnesota he could fall far unless Dallas selects him.

9   Buffalo Bills: Eric Ebron, TE, UNC

Buffalo needs another target for EJ Manuel. Stevie Johnson isn’t getting any younger but rookies Robert Woods and Marqise Goodwin helped the Buffalo offense last season. Ebron would be a day one starter at TE and help open up the field for the other WRs and Manuel.

10  Detroit Lions: Darqueze Dennard, CB, Michigan State

The Lions defense is only really known for its defensive line. The secondary has been being picked apart for a while now. The Lions can get Dennard who played college ball in Michigan would start at CB for the Lions.
