2012 NFL mock draft picks 17-24 are headlined by a couple big name college players but mostly some grunts up front in offensive lineman.

2012 NFL Mock Draft | 17-24
17. Cincinnati Bengals (OAK): Jonathan Martin, OT, Stanford
2012 NFL Mock Draft #3 Offensive Tackle
The Bengals get a very athletic Left Tackle with this 17th overall selection in this 2012 NFL Mock Draft. Martin could go higher as Left Tackle seems to be something that has been run on the last couple of years. With that being said I wouldn’t be surprised if Martin ended up getting selected here by the Bengals.
18. San Diego Chargers: Alshon Jeffery, WR, S. Carolina
2012 NFL Mock Draft #4 Wide Receiver
The Chargers may very well a couple of their top tier Wide receivers in Free Agency this year. With that being said I also believe that a rush linebacker/pass rusher would also be a good selection with this pick. With Mercilus and Ingram still on the board I think either of these two would also be good picks for the Chargers in this 2012 Mock Draft.
19. Chicago Bears: Melvin Ingram, DE/OLB, S Carolina

The Bears have a good defense but it seems to be aging a little bit. So with this 2012 NFL Mock Draft I have them taking a good player who has the athleticism and size to pretty much play in nearly every scheme. I think Ingram has the ability to be a top 10 pick (Buffalo Bills) but I have him falling a little bit in this 2012 NFL Mock Draft .
20. Tennessee Titans: Cordy Glenn, G, Georgia

The Tennessee Titans are having an ok season so far and just missed the playoffs in this 2012 NFL Mock Draft. So that is why they missed the playoffs and still have such a late pick in the draft. Melvin Ingram had a good season and he fills the Titans biggest need in this 2012 NFL Mock Draft as a pass rusher. Additionally the Tennessee Titans could also go after a top tier Guard such as Barett Jones or Cordy Glenn with this pick in the 2012 NFL Mock Draft.
21. Cincinnati Bengals : Lamar Miller, RB, Miami
2012 NFL Mock Draft #2 Running Back
The Bengals traded Carson Palmer for a 1st and 2nd round pick (potentially 1st in 2013). This is the first round pick that they received in this 2012 NFL Mock Draft. The strength of this team is the Defense so I have them building the offense with this 2012 selection. The Bengals running game has not been the same this year so I have them selecting a good RB in Lamar Miller.
22. Cleveland Browns (ATL): Whitney Mercilus, DE/OLB, Illinois

The Cleveland Browns get a good player with the 22nd pick of this 2012 NFL Mock Draft. Mercilus had a very good senior year. However, in previous years he was just average…so people could consider him more of a 1 year wonder and therefore he could fall a little bit in the 2012 NFL Mock Draft.
23. Detroit Lions: Nick Perry, DE/OLB, USC
2012 NFL Mock Draft Outside Linebacker
The Detroit Lions have a good defense already with their defensive tackles and the pretty good defensive ends. Nick Perry is a good pass rusher and he will be a good player to come in and rotate on the defensive line.
24. Pittsburgh Steelers: Mike Adams, OT, Ohio State
2012 NFL Mock Draft Offensive Tackle
With the Steelers big need for more offensive lineman in this 2012 NFL Mock Draft I have them selecting Mike Adams. After the senior bowl Adams helped his stock and is a definite first rounder in this 2012 NFL Mock Draft. With that being said I think that the Steelers have to go offensive line and Adams is the best available here.
