08/21/2011: Manti Te’o is the top Inside Linebacker in this 2013 NFL Mock Draft. Inside Linebackers are not valued as much as they used to be now in this 2013 NFL Draft. Te’o is my top rated interior Linebacker and he has a nose for the ball. I think he is good enough to be a top 10 pick in this 2013 NFL Draft but the devaluation of an Inside Linebacker will have him drop to the 20’s of the first round.
