08/28/2011: Luke Kuechly is considered by some NFL Mock Draft experts to be a top 15 pick in the 2012 NFL Draft. I like Luke Kuechly but I have him falling to the later half of the first round in my 2012 NFL Mock Draft. Additionally I think that there are a lot of teams in need of good young interior Linebackers. Over the past couple years players like Patrick Willis and Jerod Mayo have been staples to interiors of defenses from their rookie seasons. So in this 2012 NFL Mock Draft I have Kuechly as a later first round pick and the 3rd rated ILB in my NFL Mock Draft 2012 edition.
