John E’s 2015 NFL Mock Draft | 6-10

2015 NFL Mock Draft Picks 6-10 by John E.

6) New York Jets – Shane Ray OLB/ER, Missouri 6’3" 245 lbs
Randy Gregory’s weed situation is pushing him down boards & other Edge Rushers up. Didn’t participate at the combine due to injury but had a good pro day. Had 65 tack to go w/ 14.5 sacks & 22 TFL both school records in 2014. The Jets need someone that can get after the QB.

7) Chicago Bears – Kevin White WR, West Virginia 6’3" 215 lbs
With Brandon Marshall testing the FA market & off to the big apple w/ the Jets Da Bears select a solid replacement. Had 109 recep, 1447 yds & 10 td’s in 2014. Has the height & strength to go up & get ball over CB’s. Had a great combine highlighted by a 4.35 40.

8)  Atlanta Falcons – Alvin "Bud" Dupree DE/OLB/ER, Kentucky 6’4" 269 lbs
The Falcons have a good interior on their DL but are in dire straits on the Edge. This is a slight reach but he could produce big at the next level. Very fast, strong & athletic coming off the Edge. Could also play DE in their hybrid 4/3.
9) New York Giants – Brandon Scherff OT/G, Iowa 6’5" 319 lbs
The G-men still need to protect Eli better. He can play in a power man or zone blocking scheme. Can play anywhere on OL except maybe C. Quick on his feet & has good agility which helps him in pass protection. Also extremely strong & a true road grader in the ground game.

10) St. Louis Rams – Amari Cooper WR, Alabama 6’1" 211 lbs
The #1 WR that the Rams have needed for years lands in their lap. Was unstoppable all year in 2014. Runs great routes, has soft hands, YAC ability, good speed & can smell the end zone. Led nation w/ 124 recep & also had 1727 yds & 16 td’s. Very polished WR.
