Hansen’s 2015 NFL Mock Draft | 3 Full Rounds

03/04/2015

1. Tampa Bay Bucs: Jameis Winston, QB, Florida State: You thought the smiling Winston was not going to charm the pants off of every GM, coach and scout at the Combine? If you thought that, you don’t follow politics in the United States. Most likely trade ups Cleveland Browns, two first round picks, New York Jets, the freedom of a first year GM and coach to swing for the fences, the Rams for a mid- round 1 and

2. Tennessee Titans: Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon: The Titans need just about everything, which is true of most teams who select second in the draft, but without a quarterback and big time running back they are going to remain stalled in neutral. I think their admiration of Zach Mettenberger is more invitation to deal than confidence that he’s their man. Most likely trade ups, Cleveland Browns with two first round selections, St. Louis Rams, desperate for a quarterback on an otherwise competitive team. The Eagles are simply too far down to interest the Titans in trading down.

3. Jacksonville Jaguars: Leonard Williams, DE/DT, USC: Jaguars Coach Gus Bradley imagines using Williams like he used Michael Bennett in Seattle, all along the front line. If Williams is gone to the Bucs or Titans, I think they will consider Landon Collins for their dreadful secondary.

4. Oakland Raiders: (Controversy Alert) Danny Shelton, DT, Washington: Jack Del Rio built his Jacksonville Jaguars team from the defensive tackles out. Besides, there are comparable receivers to Amari Cooper in the second round, not so for Shelton.

5. Washington (Censored) Brandon Scherff, OT, Iowa: Absent Jameis Winston, taking the consensus top tackle, who can also play guard, is a safe, sane selection.
