2015 NFL Mock Draft Picks 11-20 by Hansen
11. Minnesota Vikings: Andrus Peat, OT, Stanford: Stanford offensive and defensive linemen have struggled in the NFL in recent years, but the great thing about America is that the sins of the father are not visited on their sons. The Vikings need more help in the secondary and the receiving corps, but protecting Teddy Bridgewater is job one.
12. Cleveland Browns: Malcom Brown, DT, Texas: A shocking alternative would be to package the two first round picks for Jameis Winston or Marcus Mariota, but that’s too radical even for the dysfunctional Browns, and it would mean three first round quarterback picks in four years. Or maybe it isn’t according to the latest rumors from Cleveland. In any case, the Browns are going to lose tight end Jordan Cameron in free agency and could use more offensive line help to keep Johnny Manziel but their real strength which they have to maintain is on defense.

13. New Orleans Saints: Dante Fowler, OLB, Florida. Fowler will play all over the front seven and help the about to begin rebuilding process in N’Orleans.
14. Miami Dolphins: Trae Waynes, CB, Michigan State: I prefer Marcus Peters, who was kicked off of the Washington squad, and PJ Williams of Florida State, but Waynes is the consensus top corner and I think the Dolphins will stick with him.

15. San Francisco 49ers: AJ Cann, OG, South Carolina: There are two outstanding offensive guards in this draft, Cann and Laken Tomlinson of Duke. The team is in disarray after Jim Harbaugh’s departure, and after years of missing on wide receivers, I think they start rebuilding the offensive line. Guard Mike Iupata is expected to leave in free agency anyway.
16. Houston Texans: Kevin White, WR, West Virginia: Coach Bill O’Brien apparently is looking for a traditional drop back quarterback but the ones he has, Tom Savage and Ryan Fitzpatrick, are awfully incapable of getting out of their way. But if the more mobile Brett Hundley dropped this far he would not be the kind of NFL arm O’Brien is said to be looking for. White had a fantastic season for West Virginia and is the kind of leaper NFL teams are now looking for in receivers.

17. San Diego Chargers: Jordan Phillips, DT, Oklahoma: The biggest need for the Chargers is up the gut on defense. The massive Phillips, 6-6, 340 pound Phillips has tremendous upside, as we say these days.
18. Kansas City Chiefs: Amari Cooper, WR, Alabama: Cooper is the safe pick here who is ready to start and the Chiefs badly need a reliable receiver who can also go deep.

19. Cleveland Browns: Maxx Williams, TE, Minnesota: Jordan Cameron is expected to go in free agency and the Browns cannot afford to lack at tight end, both as a blocker and target for Johnny Manziel and other quarterbacks. With the tight end position being deemphasized these days, it is hard to find them. They certainly drop in the draft. Williams, the red shirt sophomore, is considered the best tight end prospect in years.
20. Philadelphia Eagles: Marcus Peters, CB, Washington: One of the bad boys of this draft, who apparently got kicked off of the Washington Huskies for fighting with a coach, Peters is IMO, the best cornerback and the Eagles are desperate in the secondary.
