Colt Brennan: 2008 NFL Draft Updates

Colt Brennan is one of the most talked about players in college football because of his unheard of statistics. The Senior from Hawaii has shown that he can throw the ball and then throw the ball some more. As a sophomore Brennan threw for 4,301 yards with a 68% completion. He also added 35 Td’s as with 13 interceptions. WOW 4,301 yards his first year as a starter with an 155 QB rating. Well the next year in his junior campaign it gets even crazier. Colt Brennan threw for 5,549 yards with a 72.6 completion percentage. Ok here is the stat that you will not believe the most ridiculous stat of his career…….he threw 58!!!58 Touchdowns! WOW and along with the 58 TD’s he only threw 12 interceptions. That is CRAZY. This year he is still winning games but he is off to a little bit of a slower start throwing more Interceptions than usual for him. He has 20 Td’s and 10 interceptions this year so far. With nearly 3,000 yards and 69.5% completion. So a slow year for Colt is an amazing year for anyone else in the country. Look for him to be a late round 1 early round two. As of now I have him ranked as my 4th QB Brohm, Woodson, Ryan are before him and then he is next. The good thing for Brennan is that alot of teams are going to be looking for a franchise Quarterback this year. Well the team I think that might take him in the first round are the Chicago Bears.
