Blake’s 2012 NFL Mock Draft | 22-32

22.       Cleveland Browns: Stephen Hill, WR, Georgia Tech

Reasoning: The Browns have longed for a true number one wide receiver and with Stephen Hill he could be that guy, He wowed at the Combine with a 4.3 dash and also 6’4 206 pounds and a 39 inch Vertical. This guy could be an absolute steal and a monster.

23.       Detroit Lions: Janoris Jenkins, CB, N Alabama

Reasoning: With Eric Wright leaving that leaves them with no true number one corner that could be Janoris Jenkins which shut down A.J. Green when he played in college and could be a great shutdown corner in the Pros and at pick 23 this could be an absolute steal.

24.       Pittsburgh Steelers: Jonathan Martin, OT, Stanford

Reasoning: The Steelers lost Max Starks to a torn ACL at the end of the season and there is uncertainty that he will be back plus he is an overweight tackle Jonathon is in shape and can be a beast and a huge steal here for years to come.

25.       Denver Broncos: Dontari Poe, DT, Memphis

Reasoning: The Broncos did the impossible, signed Peyton Manning and may be headed to a World Title but wait, they need to solidify that weak middle and by getting Dontari Poe, that may help that problem and this could be a great steal.

26.       Houston Texans: Coby Fleeners, TE, Stanford

Reasoning: If the Texans want to push it to the next level and make it to the Super Bowl, they’re going to need another wide receiver to pair up with Andre Johnson, unfortunately there isn’t one here worth the reach, but Fleener will be a great target for Matt Schaub.

27.       New England Patriots: Whitney Mercilus, DE, Illinois

Reasoning: Pats badly need a pass rusher, and this guy could be the answer to all their woes, he was an absolute monster at Illinois.

28.       Green Bay Packers: Devon Still, DT, Penn State

Reasoning: The Packers need defensive line help or in this defense they need a true defensive tackle, the packers have no serviceable defensive tackles.

29.      Baltimore Ravens: Dont’a Hightower, LB, Alabama

Reasoning: The Ravens will badly need a guard but there is no guard worth reaching for, so the Ravens will draft their Ray Lewis Successor in Don’ta Hightower.

30.     San Francisco 49ers: Cordy Glenn, G/T, Georgia

Reasoning: The 49ers were so close to the NFC title if they hadn’t of fumbled the punt twice, they also lost on the Manning sweepstakes, what a slap to the face, now they will go in with an excellent receiving core in, Moss, Manningham, Crabtree, Davis. All they need to do in sure up that offensive line and this offense could be potent and also have the most complete team in the NFL.

31.   New England Patriots: Nick Perry, DE, USC

Reasoning: I believe the patriots could end up trading this pick but, they still need pass rush help or a defensive tackle to pair up with Vince Willfork and this guy could be the biggest steal of the draft and still the Pats still badly need a pass rush after losing Mark Anderson and no Andre Carter.

32.   New York Giants: Mike Adams, OT, Ohio State

Reasoning: Yeah, congrats you’re the super bowl champs, but can you repeat? The Giants need a Left Guard, it has been a problem all year and if they want to repeat they will have to fix their Left Guard situation.
