After a late comeback against Virginia tech Matt Ryan has jumped up the charts and is now the frontrunner for the Heisman Trophy. Ryan did not have a very good performance against Virginia Tech but performed when he needed to in order win the game. Ryab surpassed Tim Tebow after Tebow struggled and Florida lost yet another game. Another player which I have previously written about is Dennis Dixon from Oregon. Dixon is a great athlete and he is rising everyones charts very quickly. If Ryan has another poor performance for Boston College and Dixon continues to win games both in the air and ground I believe he will surpass both Tebow and Ryan. Look for the Heisman race to come down to the last week because of how close it is and the fact that there is no definite person atop the race.
