2013 NFL mock draft picks 17-24 are headlined by quite a few SEC players.

2013 NFL Mock Draft | 17-24
17. Pittsburgh Steelers: Jarvis Jones, DE/OLB, Georgia
Outside Linebacker
The Steelers get one of the best players in this NFL Draft because of the strength at the rush linebacker position and Jarvis Jones injury concerns.
18. Dallas Cowboys: Jonathan Cooper, G, North Carolina
Guard
The Dallas Cowboys get one of the best players in this mock draft. Cooper is a top tier player and will come in to be an immediate starter for the Boys.
19. New York Giants: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
2013 NFL Mock Draft Defensive End
The Giants get a good linebacker with this pick. Ogletree may have some off the field issues but he is a dynamic play maker on the defensive side of the ball. Ogletree is an immediate starter for the Giants who I believe can play inside or outside.
20. Chicago Bears: Arthur Brown, LB, KSU
2013 NFL Draft Linebacker
The Bears get the best all around Linebacker in this draft class. He may not be as athletic as Ogletree but he gets off of blocks and makes tackles.
21. Cincinnati Bengals: Jonathan Cyprien, S, FIU
Defensive Tackle
Cincinnati wants a linebacker or a safety. With this selection they get a Safety that is rising up draft boards. Cyprien is a very good overall safety and would be a great fit for the Bengals.
22. St. Louis Rams via WASH: DJ Fluker, T/G, Alabama
Offensive Tackle/Guard
The Rams get a very big offensive tackle who can play Guard and Tackle. I think he could be a future pro bowler (not at left tackle).
23. Minnesota Vikings: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
#1 Wide Receiver
The Vikings get one of the top WR in this draft class. Patterson is not a done deal but will learn a ton from Greg Jennings.
24. Indianapolis Colts: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
Defensive End
The Colts get a good pass rusher in Bjoern Werner. He falls a little because he doesn’t have the highest upside and is not as athletic as some other players in this draft.
