2012 NFL Mock Draft | Compilation 21-32

21.       Cincinnati Bengals: Lamar Miller, RB, Miami

Eman’s Selection

The speedy back from Miami isnt just a one-down back. He is capable of taking a full load, and taking some off Benson. A good in-between the tackles runner, with the legs to take it the distance.

22.       Cleveland Browns via ATL: Jonathan Martin, OT, Stanford

Mac’s Selection

Browns get a Right Tackle to help protect the quarterback. The Browns need to give the QB time to throw or else every QB will end on his back.

23.       Detroit Lions: Cordy Glenn, OG, Georgia

Eman’s Selection

The offensive line is an area of concern for the Lions. Cordy Glenn is a guard, a very good guard also capable of playing tackle.

24.       Pittsburgh Steelers: Dont’a Hightower, ILB, Alabama

Dave’s Selection

Hightower is exactly what the Steelers defense needs after cutting Farrior. Having Hightower, Timmons, Woodley, and Harrison on the field at the same time is a dream come true for a Steelers fan.

25.       Denver Broncos: Michael Brockers, DT, LSU

Dave’s Selection

They desperately need help inside next to Broderick Bunkley. Brockers will help shore up the interior line.

26.       Houston Texans: Reuben Randle, WR, LSU

Mac’s Selection

I’ve been high on Randle for the past month or so. He has all the measureables of a #1. He will be the WR that HOU needs next to Andre Johnson.

27.       New England Patriots via NO: Mark Barron, S, Alabama

Austin’s Selection

If Barron falls this far, NE shouldn’t think twice about taking him. He is an elite athlete, and the Pats sorely need some bodies in the secondary.

28.       Green Bay Packers: Andre Branch, DE/OLB, Clemson

Dave’s Selection

Outside of Clay Matthews the Pack have no pass rush. WIth a solid combine his stock is on the rise. He’s a good pass rusher and fits well here.

29.      Baltimore Ravens: Peter Konz, C, Wisconsin

Austin’s Selection

The Ravens O-Line is pretty old, and C Matt Birk is the oldest. Having Konz, Oher, and Ben Grubbs (if they can resign him) is a good start for a youth movement.

30.     San Francisco 49ers: Alshon Jeffery, WR, South Carolina

Hunter’s Selection

The San Francisco 49ers need to get some top tier WR. I know that a lot of people are not high on Alshon Jeffery anymore, I however believe he is still a 1s round talent.

31.   New England Patriots: Whitney Mercilus, DE, Illinois

Mac’s Selection

The perfect pass rusher for Bill Belichick’s defense.

32.   New York Giants: Zebrie Sanders, OT, Florida St

Mac’s Selection

The Giants could go tight end here, but the offensive line needs this pick more. Zebrie Sanders may be a bit of a reach here, but many scouts are high on him, it could probe to be the smart pick.
